Accident

Just had an extremely long and emotional weekend. Saturday I went to my friend Liz's wedding. I had only been home about a half hour when my uncle Doug called me. He was trying to get a hold of my mom and I just knew something was wrong. He let me know that my grandma, aunt and her four kids were in a car accident. Brooklyn and I were the first ones at the hospital. By the end of the night we had a lot of family in the hospital doing everything that we could to help.

Turns out that my grandma has a punctured lung and broken ribs. My aunt was thrown from the car. She has a broken wrist, broken hip, shattered pelvis, broken femur, and broken ankle. My cousin Jaden has a big cut on his head with stitches. Ashton was also thrown from the car, and he is in critical condition. Landon broke his elbow. My 7 week old cousin is safe, bless her heart.

All that I can say, is that I am glad they are all alive. It's been a rough few days, but we are working through it. If you could keep my family in your prayers, I can't even express how much that would mean to me.
