Winter Wonderland

So last night my friend Dallen and I were studying for our final today in the library. When he left he gave me a ride home but we ended up talking forever, so we just went and parked and talked. As we were talking I just sat and watched the snow fall. It was dark and watching the snow fall was so beautiful. I know I'm not the world's biggest fan of snow, but I was reminded about how the simple things in life are so facinating and beautiful.

Waspettes and Feelings

First, I am so proud of my sister and her drill team the Waspettes. They had their first competition of the season and performed very very well. They placed third in lyrical, third in kickline, fourth in dance and fourth in military. They also won the sportsmanship award!

Now my feelings...

While driving home from Delta, I started thinking about my feelings on love. I still, and always will believe in love. Even though I recently had my heart pulled out and run over by a car, I still want to find the person I want to be with for the rest of my life and forever. I started thinking about my past relationships and what has gone wrong. I realized that I never fully got over my friend Tanner. He's been my best friend since we were 10. We have so many things in common it's almost scary, but he also is the one person I can talk to about anything. I just scared to even say anything to him. And that's why I'll just sit back and see how life turns out.

Families...

I just don't understand some people's need to interject their own opinions where they really don't need to be. Daniel's family has been telling me how to handle the break up, accusing my mom, and every other possible thing you can imagine. I just don't understand why they are telling me how to deal. I would never tell someone how to deal with their pain. I'm just happy to say that I have my amazing family and friends to lean on and make me strong. Thank you so much.
